What FormShelf is

FormShelf is a free library of practical forms, registers, letters and printable templates for schools, colleges, offices, HR teams and small businesses. Every template is available as a print-ready PDF, and as an editable Word or Excel file where editing is useful. Most documents come in both English and Hindi.

How we make our templates

Our templates are written and laid out for this website. We keep the wording plain, leave blank fields for you to complete and avoid copying other sites. We update a template when we find a mistake or when a better layout is suggested.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, we do not create official certificates, seals or signatures, and we do not give legal, tax, accounting or medical advice. Templates are general starting points; please read our Disclaimer.
