Summary

FormShelf lets you download templates without creating an account. We try to collect as little personal information as possible.

Download counts. When you download a file we record the document, file format, language and date as an aggregate count. We do not store your name, email address or IP address with this count. A short-lived anonymous token may be used to avoid counting repeated clicks.
Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address and message you type, and use them only to reply.
Analytics (optional). If the site owner has switched on Google Analytics, standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location is processed by Google. You can block analytics in your browser.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

The site itself uses only essential cookies. Analytics, if enabled, may set cookies.

You can ask us to delete a message you sent through the contact form by emailing bairwanoratlal@gmail.com.

Our templates are meant for adults and institutions. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
